What you'll do
- Collaborate with top-tier M&A professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Work on landmark transactions and advise clients on strategic initiatives
- Drive key business decisions impacting clients and the Greek economy
- Perform financial analysis and apply valuation techniques
- Draft marketing materials including pitch books and presentations
- Execute deals and participate in negotiations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with C-suite executives
- Build and maintain relationships with influential clients
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Financial analysis and valuation techniques
- Drafting marketing materials and presentations
- Deal execution and negotiations
- Analytical thinking and financial acumen
- Collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Greek
- Client relationship building
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality work
- Business or Financepreferred
