Key requirements
- 6+ years' experience
- Corporate law and M&A law
- Greek lawyer qualification
- International legal collaboration and legal project participation
- Written and spoken Greek and English fluency
- Attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
- Working under tight deadlines
- Commercial Law / Corporate Law / Mergers and Acquisitions Law / Lawpreferred
