What you'll do
- Provide legal advice on company and corporate law matters and prepare and review corporate legal documents
- Support corporate restructuring projects through legal consultation
- Execute due diligence and risk assessments for corporate transactions
- Review and support new business initiatives and mergers and acquisitions transactions
- Review financial structures, bank contracts, bond loans and credit facility agreements
- Develop corporate governance policies and related materials
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal matters affecting business operations
- Monitor regulatory and legal framework changes and propose actions to mitigate legal risks
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Company and corporate law, corporate restructuring and corporate governance
- Legal advice and consultation, legal document drafting and contract review
- Due diligence, risk assessment, mergers and acquisitions and legal risk mitigation
- Financial structures and credit agreements
- Regulatory and legal framework monitoring
- Negotiation, English language and Greek language
- Law / Corporate Law / Business Law
