What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Conduct legal due diligence on data protection, privacy, intellectual property, and technology agreements
- Assist clients with GDPR compliance programs and regulatory requirements
- Support compliance with DORA, including ICT services agreements
- Support compliance with the Digital Services Act and Artificial Intelligence Act
- Prepare legal opinions on privacy, consumer protection, and digital law matters
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Commercial agreements and technology-related agreements
- Legal due diligence and intellectual property law
- GDPR compliance, DORA, Digital Services Act, and Artificial Intelligence Act
- Consumer Protection Law and data protection and privacy law
- Digital law and legal and business analysis
- English and Greek communication
