What you'll do
- Support clients on legal projects across different industry sectors
- Build internal and external relationships
- Identify engagement risks and raise issues
- Apply professional standards, firm policies and procedures to client situations
- Advise clients and engagement teams on solutions to complex legal issues
- Draft, review and negotiate transactional and corporate documentation
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate law and civil law
- Legal due diligence, transaction execution, and share deals and asset deals
- Transactional and corporate documentation; legal and commercial risk assessment
- MS Office applications; Greek language and English language
- Project management, stakeholder management, and organizational and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Law / Business Law / Corporate Law
