What you'll do
- Develop and oversee the hotel's preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs program
- Lead and support the maintenance team through direction and training
- Inspect hotel facilities regularly to identify and address maintenance needs
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front office to meet hotel maintenance needs efficiently
- Manage maintenance supplies and equipment inventory
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Maintenance management, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs
- Team leadership and management
- Facilities inspection and inventory management
- Vendor and contractor management
- Building systems knowledge, including HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing systems
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and health and safety compliance
- Engineering / Any Field
