What you'll do
- Develop and oversee preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repair programs
- Lead, direct, train, and support the maintenance team
- Inspect hotel facilities regularly and address identified maintenance needs
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front office to meet hotel maintenance needs efficiently
- Manage maintenance supplies and equipment inventory
- Maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Maintenance management, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs
- Leadership and team management
- Building systems knowledge
- Facility inspections and inventory management
- Vendor and contractor management
- Health and safety compliance, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, interpersonal skills, and working under pressure
- Engineering / Any Field
