What you'll do
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation breakdowns promptly and effectively
- Monitor equipment reliability and production downtime to identify root causes and apply corrective actions
- Lead maintenance technicians and contractors ensuring high performance and development
- Participate in technical investment and modernization projects
- Coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance-related procurement
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and prepare technical reports
- Recommend and implement process improvements to boost productivity and equipment availability
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
Key requirements
- 6+ years' experience
- Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering knowledge
- Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting expertise
- Automation systems and industrial control systems understanding
- Leadership and team management skills
- Root cause analysis and process improvement capabilities
- Technical reporting and English proficiency
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
