What you'll do
- Develop and oversee the hotel's preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance program
- Manage, direct, train, and support the maintenance team
- Inspect hotel facilities regularly and address maintenance needs promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments on maintenance needs
- Manage and organize maintenance supplies and equipment inventory
- Maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Maintenance management, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs
- Team leadership and management
- Facilities inspection and building systems knowledge
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Inventory management
- Vendor and contractor management, cross-functional coordination, and health and safety compliance
- Engineering / Any Field
