What you'll do
- Oversee food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
- Develop standard operating procedures and quality control measures to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction
- Manage and train staff on food and beverage service, menu items, wine pairings, and service etiquette
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws
- Stay current with industry trends and innovations to support competitiveness
- Build positive guest relationships and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Food and beverage operations management
- Food and beverage service, quality control, and standard operating procedures
- Leadership and staff training
- Budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Health and safety compliance and licensing law compliance
- Communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and English fluency
- Hospitality Management / Any Field
