What you'll do
- Manage and supervise daily operations across all hotel service restaurants
- Deliver exceptional service to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Maintain and implement standard operating procedures for efficient restaurant operations
- Oversee staffing requirements, including training and performance management
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues or complaints promptly and effectively
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Food and beverage operations; Restaurant operations management
- Leadership; Team management
- Customer service; Communication; Complaint resolution
- Standard operating procedures
- Staff training; Performance management
- Multitasking; English language proficiency
- Hospitality Management / Any Fieldpreferred
