What you'll do
- Oversee food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and quality control measures
- Manage and train staff on food and beverage service, menu items, wine pairings, and service etiquette
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws
- Track industry trends and innovations to support competitiveness and relevance
- Build positive guest relationships and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Food and beverage operations management, service knowledge, and standard operating procedures
- Leadership, staff training, communication, and problem-solving
- Financial performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Quality control, health and safety compliance, and licensing law compliance
- Hospitality Management / Any Field
