What you'll do
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of all hotel service restaurants
- Deliver exceptional service to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Maintain and implement standard operating procedures for efficient restaurant operations
- Oversee staffing requirements, including training and performance management
- Collaborate with the culinary team on high-quality food and beverage offerings
- Address guest feedback and resolve issues or complaints promptly and effectively
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Food and beverage operations
- Leadership and team management
- Customer service and communication
- Restaurant operations management and standard operating procedures
- Staff training and performance management
- Problem solving, multitasking, and English fluency
- Hospitality Managementpreferred
