What you'll do
- Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, messages, packages, and deliveries
- Support restaurant reservations, transportation, tours, activities, and destination recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests, reservations, and follow-ups
- Assist with service recovery and guest satisfaction initiatives
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Demonstrate service values and standards in every interaction
Key requirements
- Guest service, guest request management, and service recovery
- Reservation management and destination recommendations
- Communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Multitasking, flexibility with rotating shifts, and attention to detail
- Computer literacy and Microsoft Office
- English language proficiency and professionalism
- Hospitality Management / Tourism / Hotel Management / Guest Experience Management / Business Administration / Any Fieldpreferred
