What you'll do
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with friendliness and courtesy
- Assist guests with luggage handling and escort them to their rooms
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out by coordinating with front desk and concierge
- Transport luggage and personal belongings safely to guest rooms
- Deliver packages, amenities, and items to guest rooms as requested
- Store luggage securely for early arrivals or late departures
- Provide accurate information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Answer guest inquiries and recommend dining, entertainment, and transportation
- Arrange transportation services for guests including taxis and airport shuttles
- Ensure guest safety by adhering to driving rules inside and outside the hotel
- Follow safety and security protocols during guest interactions
- Report suspicious activities or security concerns to management
Key requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English fluency
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license (B)
- Generalpreferred
