What you'll do
- Manage all F&B and daily operations within budget and to high standards
- Maintain excellent internal and external customer service
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively to concerns
- Lead the F&B team by attracting, training and appraising personnel
- Set targets, schedules, policies and procedures
- Foster two-way communication, motivation and teamwork
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Report sales results and productivity to management

- F&B operations management, Restaurant management software and POS systems
- Customer service and Problem-solving
- Team leadership and Personnel management
- Scheduling and Policy and procedure development
- Health and safety compliance
- Financial target management, Sales reporting, MS Office and Food and beverage trends
