What you'll do
- Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations and ensure efficient, guest-focused service delivery
- Deliver excellent guest service across all outlets
- Train and guide the team to maintain high service standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support recruitment, coordinate staff schedules, and oversee team management
- Contribute to performance reviews
- Oversee Food & Beverage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and effectively
Key requirements
- Food and beverage operations supervision, guest service, and staff supervision
- Training and team guidance, staff scheduling, and performance review support
- Health and safety compliance, food safety and hygiene
- Inventory management and ordering information systems
- Cash register operation
- English language, organizational skills, and multitasking
