What you'll do
- Prepare meals as ordered
- Prepare food items to high standards of taste, temperature and preparation
- Assist with mixing, stirring, ladling and adjusting heat during meal preparation
- Clean work areas and utensils
- Prepare mise en place for the following day
- Support another station as assigned by the Chef
- Collect required store items from the main kitchen
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and report repair or maintenance needs
- Follow organisational policies and procedures
