What you'll do
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Advise clients on product capabilities, best practices, and enhancements.
- Participate in Veeva Vault implementation and configuration projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Support data analysis, data transformation, and data loading activities.
- Assist with product demonstrations and update supporting documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to support system performance and user experience.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Configure and improve user-facing features.
- Develop reusable components and configuration assets.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
