What you'll do
- Own delivery outcomes across one or more accounts, ensuring project success, quality, and client satisfaction
- Structure delivery teams and launch projects with the right talent, skills, and setup
- Manage selected projects, including delivery, risk mitigation, scheduling, quality control, and stakeholder communication
- Build lasting client relationships and serve as the main point of contact
- Drive delivery ownership for new and existing accounts and engage in consultative selling
- Contribute to business development initiatives and support financial planning and oversight
- Supervise delivery workflows, project execution, risks, and quality benchmarks
- Participate in presales and consultative selling across various technologies
- Provide architectural guidance and support SDLC frameworks for complex initiatives
- Visit Athens-based client offices regularly to maintain strong engagement
- Partner with internal teams to improve project outcomes and client value
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Software project management, delivery management, and enterprise project delivery
- Client relationship management and stakeholder communication
- Risk mitigation and quality control
- Team structuring and software implementation
- Budget management and financial planning
- Presales, consultative selling, SDLC process establishment, and architectural guidance
