What you'll do
- Plan, develop, and support IT solutions and network assets for betting platforms
- Contribute to team budget planning and ensure effective execution
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for solution development
- Prioritize projects, developments, upgrades, and change requests; plan budgets and allocate resources
- Coordinate IT, vendor, and business teams to deliver efficient solutions aligned with business goals
- Oversee testing, UAT, and production releases to minimize business disruption
- Monitor solution efficiency, manage troubleshooting, and ensure SLA compliance
- Identify system risks and improvement areas; propose mitigation actions and upgrades
- Manage and coach team members to support skill development and goal achievement
- Promote collaboration across delivery units and align product roadmaps
Key requirements
- 8+ years' experience
- IT project management, solution development, and business requirements analysis
- Budget management and large-scale project coordination
- Testing and UAT, plus production release management
- Agile methodologies and solution troubleshooting
- SLA compliance and risk management
- People management, team leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor management
- Computer Science / Information Systems / Any Field
