What you'll do
- Own delivery across accounts, ensuring successful execution, quality, and client satisfaction
- Organize delivery teams and initiate projects with the required people, capabilities, and setup
- Manage key projects, including delivery, risks, timelines, quality, and stakeholders
- Build client relationships and act as a primary customer contact
- Support account inception, business development, presales, and consultative selling
- Oversee delivery processes, project execution, financials, risks, and quality standards
- Provide high-level architecture oversight and support SDLC setup for complex projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive project success and client value
- Visit customer offices in Athens regularly to maintain client engagement
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Delivery & software project management
- Customer relationship, stakeholder & account management
- Presales & consultative selling
- Project initiation, SDLC setup & high-level architecture oversight
- Delivery quality, risk management & financial oversight
- Greek language proficiency (C1) and English language proficiency (B2)
