What you'll do
- Own delivery for one or more accounts, maintaining project quality and client satisfaction
- Structure delivery teams and launch projects with the appropriate talent, skills, and delivery framework
- Oversee high-priority projects, including delivery, risks, timelines, quality, and stakeholder communication
- Work with Managers and Client Partners to achieve delivery outcomes and maintain client relationships
- Onboard new accounts and support consultative selling across new and existing accounts
- Serve as the main client contact and manage ongoing customer relationships
- Contribute to business development and financial monitoring
- Supervise delivery workflows, project implementation, risks, and quality benchmarks
- Participate in presales activities and consultative selling across technologies
- Provide architectural guidance and support SDLC setup for technically complex projects
- Visit Athens-based client offices regularly to maintain engagement
- Work with internal teams to support project success and enhance client value
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience

- SDLC frameworks; Architectural guidance
- Greek language proficiency C1; English language proficiency B2
