What you'll do
- Own delivery for one or more accounts, ensuring project success, quality, and client satisfaction
- Structure delivery teams and launch projects with suitable staffing, skills, and delivery frameworks
- Oversee key projects, including delivery, risk management, scheduling, quality, and stakeholder coordination
- Collaborate with Managers and Client Partners to achieve delivery outcomes and strengthen client relationships
- Manage delivery for new and existing accounts, including account launches and consultative sales
- Act as the main client contact and manage customer relationships
- Support business development activities and financial oversight
- Supervise delivery workflows, project implementation, risks, and quality benchmarks
- Participate in presales activities and consultative selling across technologies
- Provide high-level architectural guidance and support SDLC configuration for complex technical projects
- Visit client offices in Athens regularly to maintain strong client relationships
- Work with internal teams to achieve project goals and increase client value
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Delivery & enterprise project management: Delivery ownership, enterprise software project management, project scheduling
- Team, stakeholder & quality management: Delivery team organization, stakeholder coordination, quality management
- Commercial & financial management: Presales, consultative selling, customer relationship management, financial oversight
- Technical delivery: SDLC processes, high-level architecture guidance
- Languages: Greek language C1, English language B2
