What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for complex Salesforce transformation programs
- Run discovery workshops, assess requirements, and define target architectures and delivery roadmaps
- Design scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and advanced Salesforce capabilities
- Define application, integration, data, security, identity, and environment strategies
- Architect AI-powered agents and workflows with trust controls, oversight, and responsible AI practices
- Design customer data solutions for ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, analytics, and governance
- Shape quote-to-cash and revenue lifecycle solutions, including products, pricing, contracts, orders, billing, and ERP integrations
- Provide architectural leadership, review designs, manage technical risks, and ensure Salesforce and engineering best practices
- Guide integration patterns using APIs, events, middleware, and enterprise integration platforms
- Advise on estimates, scope, trade-offs, non-functional requirements, and release planning
- Support presales through solution shaping, proposals, estimates, presentations, and technical client discussions
- Mentor engineers and architects and contribute to reusable assets and communities of practice
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- Salesforce architecture and solution design; Architecture governance
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Salesforce data modeling; Salesforce sharing and security models
- Salesforce integrations; APIs and event-driven patterns
- Apex; Lightning Web Components; Salesforce Flow
- DevOps and CI/CD; Data migration; English proficiency B2 or higher
