What you'll do
- Lead business discovery, executive interviews, and cross-functional workshops to define transformation priorities
- Assess operating models, processes, journeys, data flows, and technology landscapes to define target architecture and roadmaps
- Translate business needs into solution visions, capability maps, process models, use cases, requirements, and success measures
- Shape Salesforce-enabled transformation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Identify AI-agent opportunities and define responsibilities, guardrails, adoption needs, and business outcomes
- Define data requirements and activation scenarios, including profiles, segmentation, consent, analytics, and personalization
- Design revenue and customer lifecycle processes, including lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, service, retention, and partner operations
- Partner with solution and technical architects to ensure requirements are feasible, scalable, and traceable
- Own or support business cases, value realization, prioritization, scope definition, and phased roadmaps
- Lead or support presales activities, including qualification, solution shaping, proposals, presentations, and client workshops
- Provide business design governance during delivery, support product ownership and adoption, and coach consultants and analysts
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Salesforce-enabled business solution design and Business architecture
- Business consulting, Requirements analysis, and Stakeholder workshop facilitation
- Customer lifecycle processes and Process transformation
- Business case development and Roadmap development
- Data requirements and activation, Presales, and English proficiency B2 or higher
