What you'll do
- Own delivery for one or several accounts ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction
- Structure delivery teams and launch new projects with appropriate talent and delivery framework
- Directly handle high-priority projects overseeing delivery, risk management, timelines, quality, and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with Managers and Client Partners to achieve delivery outcomes and maintain client relationships
- Manage delivery on new and existing accounts including onboarding and consultative selling
- Serve as main client contact and maintain ongoing customer relationships
- Contribute to business development efforts and assist with financial monitoring
- Supervise delivery workflows, risk factors, quality benchmarks, and project implementation
- Participate in presales activities and consultative selling across various technologies
- Provide high-level architectural guidance and assist with SDLC setup for complex projects
- Make regular visits to Athens client offices to sustain engagement
- Remain flexible across different account types and coordinate with internal teams for project success
