What you'll do
- Take ownership of delivery for one or multiple accounts ensuring project success and client satisfaction
- Structure delivery teams and launch projects with proper staffing and delivery frameworks
- Directly manage key projects overseeing delivery, risk management, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
- Collaborate with Managers and Client Partners to secure successful delivery outcomes and client relationships
- Manage delivery on new and existing accounts including account launch and consultative sales approaches
- Serve as main client contact and manage customer relationships
- Contribute to business development efforts and financial oversight
- Supervise delivery workflows, project implementation, risk factors, and quality benchmarks
- Participate in presales activities and consultative selling across various technologies
- Deliver high-level architectural guidance and assist with SDLC configuration for complex technical projects
- Conduct regular visits to client offices in Athens to maintain strong client relationships
- Remain flexible across different account categories and work with internal teams to achieve project goals
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Delivery ownership and delivery team organization
- Customer relationship management and stakeholder coordination
- Business development support and presales activities
- Consultative selling and high-level architectural guidance
- SDLC configuration and risk management
- Greek language (C1) and English language (B2)
- Knowledge of local Energy sector
