data delivery manager (engagement lead)

What you'll do
- Own end-to-end data engagements from opportunity qualification through delivery and account expansion
- Act as a strategic data advisor to executive sponsors and business owners globally
- Lead client communication and governance including steering committees and scope negotiation
- Drive business value in data platform buildouts, data warehouse modernization, data migrations, analytics, AI/ML activation, and data governance
- Frame target-state data visions linking business priorities to data strategy and transformation roadmaps
- Partner with Sales and Solution Architects to shape delivery models and define data capabilities during presales
- Ensure seamless deal-to-delivery transitions with clarified scope, governance, and execution plans
- Validate SOWs and commercials for feasibility and alignment with client data goals
- Coordinate delivery streams across data engineers, scientists, architects, and managers
- Establish and run delivery governance with KPIs, risk frameworks, quality gates, and escalation paths
- Spot growth opportunities by recommending data roadmaps, platform optimizations, and AI/analytics extensions
- Contribute to account strategy, presales, mentor junior managers, and foster a data-first culture
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Data platform delivery and analytics expertise
- AI/ML program delivery and data migration experience
- Data governance knowledge and data strategy translation skills
- Stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills in English
- Presales and solution shaping with systems-thinking mindset
- Cross-functional team leadership and delivery governance
