What you'll do
- Guide and support a cross-functional delivery team
- Coordinate development efforts across mobile and .NET backend workstreams
- Evaluate technical solutions to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Assist with task estimation, planning, and prioritization
- Track progress and keep the team on schedule
- Identify and address risks and blockers proactively
- Maintain collaboration with client stakeholders for communication and alignment
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery practices and team workflows
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative culture
- Promote effective use of delivery tools such as Azure DevOps
Key requirements
- Delivery Management and Project Management skills
- Understanding of Mobile Applications and .NET Backend Technologies
- Experience with REST APIs and Cloud-based Environments
- Ability to lead and coordinate Technical Teams
- Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies
- Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
- Problem Solving and Planning and Prioritization abilities
- Experience with Delivery Tools like Azure DevOps
