What you'll do
- Provide Level 2 technical support and resolve software-related issues for internal teams and clients
- Manage and monitor CRM systems and ticketing processes for timely issue resolution
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user and configuration guides
- Perform software testing, identify bugs, and support system performance improvement
- Translate business needs into technical requirements with Product and R&D teams
- Improve internal processes and support workflows
