What you'll do
- Contribute to factory financial controlling activities and support accurate financial reporting

Plant Financial Controller
to join our FinanceTeam, reporting to Cost Analysis Manager.
The role is based in Volos Plant.
The role:
As Plant Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing factory finance controlling activities, including financial governance, manufacturing cost control, inventory management, CAPEX monitoring, operational reporting, and business partnering across the manufacturing site, while providing financial data and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
How you will contribute:

What you will bring :
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in a Financial Controlling role, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on and detail-oriented approach
Experience in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance is required
