Intellectica is recruiting a Financial Controller on behalf of its client, a leading medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine group headquartered in Glyfada, operating under an on-site work model. The company is renowned for its innovative treatments, clinical excellence, and commitment to enhancing natural beauty and well-being. Based in Glyfada, Attiki, this role reports directly to the Managing Director and is central to the financial management and strategic planning of the organization.

 

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

 

  • Participating in the financial management of all four branches, ensuring consistency and control across locations

  • Organising and overseeing the daily cash flow of the business, ensuring that all income collected at the front desk is properly tracked, reconciled and allocated

  • Managing payments to suppliers, doctors, hospitals and employees, while coordinating with the external accountant for payroll processing and statutory filings

  • Preparing and maintaining financial reports including profit and loss statements, budgets and cash flow forecasts to support operational and strategic decision-making

  • Monitoring internal expense entries and collaborating with the admin and accounting teams to ensure accuracy in managerial accounts and internal records

  • Acting as the main point of contact for the external accounting office, ensuring smooth cooperation and timely financial processing

  • Supporting the preparation of ESPA funding documentation in collaboration with external consultants, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data

  • Handling financial agreements and settlements with suppliers and healthcare professionals, based on individual contractual terms

  • Using SAP ERP and Excel to analyse financial data, generate reports and provide insights that support the company’s financial planning

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal finance procedures and tools to enhance clarity, compliance and efficiency

  • Any other task that may be required from time to time

 

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in financial controlling or related roles, ideally within a small to medium-sized business environment

  • Proven experience working in financial reporting and budgeting processes

  • Familiarity with ERP systems - experience with SAP is preferred

  • Strong understanding of GAAP and interaction with external accounting firms

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfort with data analysis and report building

  • Fluent in Greek with professional-level English communication skills
