What you'll do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of front office, housekeeping, guest services, and reservations

- Oversee use of PMS and reservations systems and ensure staff training for full utilization
- Prepare and present regular reports on occupancy, revenue, staffing, and guest satisfaction to leadership
- Act as liaison between rooms division and other departments
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency with property management systems, especially Opera PMS, and other hotel-related software
- English language proficiency
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and crisis management procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Any Fieldpreferred

The Rooms Division Manager at Domes Resorts is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front office, housekeeping, reservations, guest services, and related departments to ensure efficient, smooth operations that align with the property’s standards of service and guest satisfaction. The role involves strategic planning, staff management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
Oversee day-to-day operations across front office, housekeeping, guest services and reservations to ensure seamless rooms division performance.
Monitor room availability, occupancy and rates; implement yield management strategies to maximise revenue.
Maintain high guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality, resolving issues efficiently and acting on guest feedback.
Upsell room upgrades and additional services to drive incremental revenue.
Recruit, train and develop front office and housekeeping teams; conduct performance reviews and foster a positive, engaged work environment.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards; implement emergency and crisis management procedures.
Oversee the effective use of PMS and reservations systems; ensure all staff are trained and systems are utilised to their full potential.
Prepare and present regular reports on occupancy, revenue, staffing and guest satisfaction to senior leadership; act as liaison between the rooms division and all other departments.
Requirements
Useful to have:
Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the rooms division or hotel operations.
Knowledge of the English language, a second language will be considered a plus.
Proficiency with property management systems (Opera is preferred) and other hotel-related software.
