What you'll do
- Manage front office, housekeeping, guest relations, and back of the house departments
- Conduct spot checks of rooms to ensure standards are constantly met
- Control expenditures and budgets
- Ensure timely, efficient, and professional guest welcome and check-in by front office staff
- Oversee maintenance and configuration of the Opera system
- Monitor customer service levels using Guest Satisfaction Reports
- Collaborate with Guest Services, Reservations, Sales, and Housekeeping to exceed guest room requirements
- Ensure all employees adhere to 5-star grooming standards
- Lead and empower effective team working relationships
Key requirements
- Expertise in Opera system and property management software
- Skills in front office, housekeeping, and guest relations management
- Strong customer service monitoring abilities
- Budget control and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency
- Multitasking, stress management, and teamwork abilities
