What you'll do
- Manage all aspects of the rooms division, including housekeeping, front desk, reservations, and guest services
- Deliver consistently high-quality guest service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
- Train and supervise departmental team members to support exceptional performance
- Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Prepare departmental budgets and monitor expenses against financial objectives
- Maintain high standards of hotel cleanliness, organization, and security
- Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to improve services and amenities
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Rooms division management and hospitality management
- Team leadership and supervision
- Customer service and guest feedback evaluation
- Operational procedures
- Financial management and budgeting
- Hotel cleanliness and security; English fluency
- Hospitality Management / Any Field
