What you'll do
- Manage front office, housekeeping, guest relations, and back of house departments
- Conduct spot checks of rooms to ensure standards are consistently met
- Control expenditures and budgets
- Provide timely, efficient, and professional guest welcome and check-in
- Oversee Opera system maintenance and configuration
- Monitor customer service levels using Guest Satisfaction Reports
- Collaborate with Guest Services, Reservations, Sales, and Housekeeping to exceed guest room requirements
- Ensure all employees adhere to 5-star grooming standards
- Lead by example to empower team working relationships
Key requirements
- Experience in rooms division management and front office management
- Proficiency with Opera system and Property Management Software
- Strong guest service and customer service monitoring skills
- Excellent English language proficiency and communication skills
- Organizational skills, multitasking, stress management, and detail orientation
- Team leadership and housekeeping management capabilities
- general education
