What you'll do
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guests’ rooms and serve them
- Take room service orders by phone or from door-hung order cards
- Prepare the serving trolley
- Check corridors and floors for dishes or trolleys left by guests
- Listen to guest needs and provide service that maximizes satisfaction
- Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly
- Collaborate with operational hotel departments to support guest satisfaction
Key requirements
- Customer service and complaint management
- Food and beverage order taking and service
- English language
- Dietary restrictions awareness and hotel menu knowledge
- Trolley preparation and corridor service-area checks
- Interdepartmental collaboration
