What you'll do
- Take food and beverage orders from guests by phone or order cards
- Prepare the service trolley for room service
- Deliver food orders to guest rooms and serve them
- Check floors and corridors for dishes or trolleys left by guests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve them promptly
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Key requirements
- Guest Service and Complaint Management skills
- Food and Beverage Order Taking and Menu Familiarity
- Room Service Delivery and Preparation of Service Trolley
- Cleaning and Checking Floors for service areas
- Excellent Communication Skills and Customer Focus
- Teamwork abilities and Bilingual or Multilingual communication
- Tourism / Hospitalitypreferred
