What you'll do
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Interact with guests to provide a welcoming and positive dining experience
- Listen to guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to accommodate special dietary requests
- Implement customer service strategies to enhance guest loyalty
- Ensure food and beverage quality control, presentation, and service standards
- Promote upselling strategies to increase restaurant revenue
- Collaborate with kitchen team on menu development and updates
- Develop and promote menu specials and seasonal promotions
- Train, motivate, and evaluate restaurant staff performance
- Enforce compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all restaurant areas
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Customer service and complaint resolution skills
- Leadership and team motivation abilities
- Operational management and financial oversight experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation regulations
- English language proficiency and Microsoft Office skills
- Planning, organizational skills, and relationship building
- Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Restaurant Management / Culinary Arts / Related fieldpreferred
