What you'll do
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Manage finances related to restaurant operations
- Lead and motivate restaurant staff to provide exceptional service
- Interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience and resolve complaints
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to accommodate special dietary needs
- Implement customer service strategies to enhance guest loyalty
- Conduct shift briefings to communicate important information to staff
- Implement food and beverage quality control procedures
- Promote upselling to increase restaurant revenue
- Recruit, train, coach, and discipline restaurant staff
- Evaluate employee performance and assign responsibilities accordingly
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Monitor cleanliness and safety of front-of-house and back-of-house areas
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Leadership and Staff Training
- Food Safety Standards and Hygiene Compliance
- Microsoft Office and POS System proficiency
- Organizational Skills and Multitasking
- Relationship Building and Conflict Resolution
- Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Restaurant Management / Culinary Artspreferred
