What you'll do
- Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring high service standards
- Provide personalized guest service and resolve guest concerns
- Oversee staffing, shift briefings, and quality control
- Manage inventory and drive upselling opportunities
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Leadership and team motivation skills
- Restaurant operations management and inventory control
- Customer service excellence and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Staff recruitment, training, and development
- Microsoft Office and POS systems proficiency
- Multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
- Flexibility and English language proficiency
- Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Restaurant Management / Culinary Artspreferred
