What you'll do
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Interact with guests to make them feel welcome and resolve their complaints
- Lead and manage staff, conduct shift briefings and assign responsibilities
- Implement customer service strategies to enhance guest loyalty
- Manage food and beverage quality control, presentation, and service standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations
- Train, motivate, coach, and discipline restaurant staff
- Promote upselling techniques to increase restaurant revenue
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Customer Service and Complaint Resolution skills
- Leadership and Staff Training and Development abilities
- Knowledge of Food Safety Standards and Hygiene Compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS System
- Organizational Skills and Multitasking capabilities
- IT Literacy and Communication Skills
- Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Restaurant Management / Culinary Arts / Related fieldpreferred
