What you'll do
- Lead restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Train, motivate, coach, and discipline employees to uphold service standards
- Implement food and beverage quality control, presentation, and service procedures
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager on menus, promotions, and special events
- Monitor local competition and recommend improvements to remain competitive
- Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and satisfactorily
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Restaurant operations management, inventory management, and food and beverage service procedures
- Team management and supervision, staff training and coaching
- Budget management, financial reporting, and forecasting
- Food and beverage quality control
- Organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving
- English language fluency
