What you'll do
- Monitor and manage the Windows 11 Modern Managed platform and Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop environment
- Troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop connectivity, performance, and user access issues
- Apply regular updates and patches to maintain system integrity and security
- Investigate problems using Nexthink data and analytics to identify root causes
- Create and maintain environment documentation, procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides
- Follow organizational processes, governance frameworks, and best practices
- Create processes and documentation for new customer requests and respond to support requests
- Keep current with Modern Management and VDI industry trends and best practices
