What you'll do
- Administer, configure, and maintain Card Management System applications
- Support application deployments, upgrades, and integrations across environments
- Manage and troubleshoot production incidents to ensure system availability and performance
- Work with Windows and Linux environments to support daily operations
- Monitor and maintain Oracle and MS SQL Server databases related to the application landscape
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement improvements
- Participate in standby/on-call support rotations and production support activities
