What you'll do
- Provide onsite and remote support for business technology systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to next level support
- Participate in IT infrastructure implementation and support
- Perform system maintenance and upgrades
- Monitor system performance and availability
- Monitor backup and redundancy strategies
- Prepare technical, problem, and status reports and assist with documentation
- Administer virtualization systems, Microsoft servers, applications, and networking services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and anti-bribery policies
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT support workflows
- Knowledge of VMware virtualization and virtualization platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft servers and applications, Office 365
- Understanding of Identity Management, Federation Services, and MFA
- Knowledge of NAS/SAN concepts and protocols like SMB/CIFS, NFS, iSCSI
- Experience with backup solutions including Veeam and monitoring backup strategies
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as VLANs and Subnetting
- Familiarity with Microsoft server products like Active Directory, Group Policy, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, Exchange, SQL
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English
