What you'll do
- Configure and maintain critical payment platforms including upgrades, patches, and system integration
- Collaborate with payment systems vendors to ensure support, project execution, and compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues to maintain service SLA
- Assist IT and business units in designing, implementing, integrating, and testing payment system requirements
Key requirements
- Payment Systems Parametrization and Support
- System Integration expertise within complex IT ecosystems
- Basic knowledge of Linux and SQL
- Problem Management and Vendor Cooperation skills
- Strong Communication and Collaboration abilities
- Business-oriented mentality
- Fluency in Greek and English
