What you'll do
- Receive, analyze, and resolve Tier 2 tickets involving complex Microsoft 365 issues
- Investigate and document root causes of recurring issues and recommend preventive measures
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 configurations including user provisioning and security policies
- Troubleshoot integration issues between Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks
- Provide technical guidance and training to Level 1 support teams
- Ensure troubleshooting and configuration comply with security policies and compliance requirements
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online
- Skills in troubleshooting complex Microsoft 365 issues using logs and diagnostic tools
- Experience with Microsoft 365 configuration management and user provisioning
- Strong communication skills for technical documentation and training
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and ITIL processes for incident management
- Understanding of security policies, compliance, and integration support
- Computer Science / Information Technology
