What you'll do
- Provide user support for ERP GALAXY operation and utilization
- Configure ERP GALAXY according to business needs including forms, views, reports, and work environment
- Manage and perform bulk updates on ERP data such as items, customers, and price lists
- Collaborate with external IT company to investigate and resolve complex technical issues
- Provide first level IT support and manage daily technical requests
- Install, configure, and support computers, peripherals, and Microsoft 365 services
- Support smooth operation of corporate network infrastructure including workstations, LAN/Wi-Fi, and servers
Key requirements
- ERP systems support including GALAXY ERP
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Windows environment knowledge
- LAN/Wi-Fi networks understanding
- Hardware knowledge and IT infrastructure support
- Problem analysis and resolution skills
- IT support (first level) experience
- Microsoft 365 services handling
- Data management in ERP
- Collaboration with external IT providers
- Informatics / Computer Engineering / Related fieldpreferred
